Oklahoma and West Virginia Democrats hate their own party, which they produce proof of in every presidential primary.
Are there also states where Republicans live that hate their own party, which could lead to similar results like in the OK and WV primaries?
Or in other words: In what state should Jim Rogers - may God rest his soul - and Keith Russell Judd run as Republicans in order to produce similar results like in OK/WV '12 when running against Trump?

As for the original question, what about Hawaii?

Only a prima facie case, as Hawaii was one of two only states where Trump was elected via caucus. 😕

Vermont seems to be the most accurate answer, followed by Alaska.
