Iirc, Johnson and Burr have already explicitly stated that they're retiring in 2022.

I thought Johnson said he won't run for a third term. If he retires, Democrats will have a much easier time flipping that seat, and might even flip it in a Democratic midterm.

Oh, sorry. I forgot to add "retiring" in that sentence, lol.
