Also the scores for the Senate have Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders to the right of Susan Collins. Seriously?

There are no more excuses.  This list is obviously trash.

The reason Bernie is to the right of Susan Collins is that they judge off of votes not there views. So Bernie gets points because he votes for 4th amendment, while Collins votes against it.

Except, uh, being anti-surveillance is a socially liberal positions. Far more liberals and libertarians support increased 4th amendment rights than do conservatives.

I don't think Cruz does. And Lee and Paul openly consider themselves libertarian-leaning. The vast majority of conservatives (Cotton, Shelby, Inhofe, etc etc.) support surveillance.

And most progressives (Sanders, Feingold, etc.) oppose surveillance and support 4th amendment rights.

Did somebody say Feingold and mention his valiant defense of 4th amendment rights and his solo vote against the Patriot Act?

Sinema is worse than Manchin imo. But like Manchin, I tolerate her because we need to win this race.

I hope she moves to the left somewhat, at least after AZ shows signs of moving further leftwards. I don't know how long I can stomach her DINO moderate hero nonsense.
