I'm a little late, but here's the full video of Doug's latest rally. He was pretty brutal to Moore here. The rally doesn't actually start until roughly 23 minutes in though.

Ouch.

Also, I love the use of the words "outside agitator" and "carpetbagging". He knows exactly what he's doing when he says that.

Non-Issue....

Typical 'Bama or East 'Tex style dirty knife fight politics....

Jones owns the Air War, too late and too expensive for Moore to respond in kind.

The hardcore 265k Moore voters from the 'Pub Primary are going to vote for him regardless...

The battle is over the Non-Moore 'Pub voters and Indies, many of whom already believe the accusations are credible.

Facts don't necessarily matter as much in a 'Bama style knife fight as reinforcing preexisting images of the opponent among his most vulnerable segment of the electorate....

Honestly, probably a pretty damn good strategy on Jones part to hit this hard late in the game, while the "Crazy Uncle" tries to fact-check the younger members of his family on the content of this ad, there is already a baked in perception among White Female voters in the largest Metro areas in the State that these allegations are most likely correct.

I'm glad Jones is at least putting up a fight and not rolling over with the usual moderate heroism.

Doug Jones is apparently in a controversy over a flyer his campaign sent out with a picture of a Black man and a question above it asking if the reader thought a Black man accused of being with underage girls would be elected? I wasn't feeling good about his chances before but with social media and Black news sources like The Root covering this unfavorably just days before the election, I'm especially not feeling good about it now.
That raises a very serious and thoughtful point, though. If Moore was black, I don't think he'd be doing anywhere near as well as he is now, even as a black Republican.
That doesn't matter though. I can see why that would piss off black potential Jones voters.

Alabama has a very proud 200 year history of being on the wrong side of it. Keep it going.
