In there long run perhaps, but in our current situation it’s probably not that helpful for Tester
It is also not exactly true. While the urban West of the state is getting new Democratic-leaning residents through the same push and pull factors as Colorado, the East bordering North Dakota is getting oil-job driven Republican-leaning voters.
No, if Tester is to win it will first and foremost be because the GOP screw up their Senatorial and/or Presidential nominating contests, just like 2022.
