The fact that Ronald "Evil Empire" Reagan signed it suggests that it couldn't be too bad for America, and the fact that the USSR fell shortly after it was signed suggests that it worked for America.

I wonder why Bush 43 didn't withdraw from the INF treaty. I'd think that Cheney and Rumsfeld would be eager to escape from the treaty.
