It doesn't matter at all, but:

Democrats - Phoenix or Atlanta. These are big, diverse cities where increased Dem turnout could flip the respective states they are in.

Republicans - Bangor. Trump obviously performed strongly in this CD, where even a slightly increased movement towards the GOP could have flipped the entire state.
