Wyoming is the first to come to mind. I've long believed that the only way a Dem in the modern era wins the state is if the GOP doesn't run a candidate, and even then the Dem would be vulnerable to the libertarian ticket or a write-in candidate.
I'm not ruling out Idaho - Boise's economy is on the up and up right now and tech is apparently becoming huge there, as is the indie music scene. It could certainly attract more Democratic-leaning voters over the years.
