I object. Where will the funding for this legislation come from?

Do you still object?

Yes. The bill says from "new appropriations" but where is the money coming from specifically?

WM, do you still object or do you withdraw?

I withdraw my objection. Thank you for the clarification, Senator Ishan.

Nay. I don't think I can vote for an increase in tax on the upper-middle class. This group is primarily those who have worked hard their whole lives to produce jobs, wealth, and grew the economy by being entrepreneurs/small business owners. We shouldn't punish success.
