While I don't think Peeb's intent here is malicious, I am very much swayed by MB's reasoning, at least as far as considering negative aspects of this approach.

I agree with what Yankee said 100% and I vote Aye on the Amendment.

Seems fair. Aye.

Switching my vote to Nay. In a vacuum, six members seems like a fair compromise. However, while a dormant party like Peace (with 5 members) shouldn't be forced to remain on the rolls, an active party that has an elected Senator like the Patriot Party (with 4 members) shouldn't be relegated to the status of a minor party.
