I've co-sponsored legislation that:
-creates jobs through rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure
-promotes Southern art and culture, this bill passed unanimously
-promotes transgender rights, this bill passed unanimously
-increases the minimum wage on a county-by-county basis, this bill passed
-matches CoD and gubernatorial terms to 3 months a piece (decreasing a governor's term to 3 months), clarifies the electoral system, this bill became a statute
-gives taxpayers a receipt of what they government spends tax dollars on, increasing government accountability
I've written legislation that:
-expands free speech rights for the Southern people
-includes the right to bear arms in the Constitution
-creates free school breakfast and lunch for public school students
-increases funding to state parks
-allows the poor, free tuition attendance at state colleges and universities, lowers the student loan interest rate
-expands the rights of Southern workers through an expansion of unions (co-written between myself and Delegate JustinTimeCuber)
-repeals archaic laws provide for a better government policy on sexual assault
(co-written between Delegate TimTurner, myself and Governor Leinad)

It was a tough decision to make but I'm left of center, so Peebs aligned with my views more. I was happy to endorse Leinad for a full term (in the July elections). Leinad has worked with us on the SAD Act as Governor and has really done impressive work so far. I also think he made two great appointments to the CoD.

We did it! I've been re-elected to the Southern Chamber of Delegates!

I'd like to thank everyone who endorsed this campaign, for a Progressive Atlasia. I'd like to give a special thanks to everyone who gave me high preference, and furthermore, all voters who turned out this weekend, because regardless of the result of any election, when more people's voices are heard, democracy wins, and I trust in the populace to make a good decision, to vote on the issues, on activity, for individuals they believe will do good work for them in the halls of government.

While it is sad to see my friends, politicalmasta73 and Delegate JustinTimeCuber not be elected, I would like to congratulate Delegate Vern, Delegate TimTurner and Delegate diptheriadan on their successful re-election campaigns. I would also like to welcome Delegate-elect Classic Conservative, Delegate-elect Santander and Delegate-elect TheShadowyAbyss to the Chamber.

I look forward to working with the newly elected slate in order to achieve a better South for our constituents!

CAMPAIGN PLATFORM FOR COD ELECTIONS, JULY 2017:
Good day! I'm running for Southern Chamber of Delegates because I believe I can make a positive change in our region. The South needs diligent, progressive voices in the state legislature.

I believe there's plenty of common ground that can be worked on across partisan lines. The betterment of the condition of Southern citizens should take precedence over politicians' job security and party loyalty.

My Platform:
--> $12 minimum wage by 2020.
--> Rebuild our crumbling infrastructure (creates employment)
--> Free tuition for the poor at public state colleges and universities (same qualifications as FAFSA for community college)
--> "Right-to-work" laws need to be rolled back in the South. Unions protect workers' rights, pay and working environment.
--> Free school breakfast and lunch for high school students.
--> Increase funding to state recreational parks.
--> Expand Affordable Care Act subsidies. The sick cannot afford their still exorbitant medical bills.

Whether you vote for me or not, I want you to turn out to vote on July 14th-16th, because when voter turnout is high democracy wins. When democracy wins, we all win!

Hey y'all!

We can't do much to better the situation for Sen. John McCain and his family, but I think we can stand in solidarity with him.

John McCain is a good man. A veteran, a war hero, survived as a PoW, public servant. McCain is a maverick, the farthest thing from a party hack in the Republican Party, today. Regardless of political differences, I think we should switch our avatars to O-AZ in honor of a great man, in the hopes that he will recover fully and be rid of cancer.
