This bill guarantees equality under the law for Native Atlasians that all Atlasians are meant to experience when it comes to voting rights and gun rights. It also ends discriminatory practices in education and residency by eliminating government sponsored relocation of tribes as well as provides Atlasian Indians control over their own education systems on reseevations. This bill also ends the insidious practice of breaking tribal bonds through the encouragement of adoptions of children by other tribes. This bill provides more empowerment and control to Native Atlasians over their own lives rather than the federal government.
