Not a Republican, but I feel that shates should have put in place strict deadlines for mailed ballots so that by November 3rd all mail in ballots are at their respective counting centre

Of course, since that was not what was done they should be counted after November 3rd

Basically a "postmarked by November 2nd" deadline is way, way too late and should have been more like October 15th or the 24th; depending on how long mail takes to be delivered.
