Well, yesterday night I basically had a bit of leftover "fabada" from the previous lunch (a sort of beans stew with blood sausage, pork and Chorizo); combined with a fried egg and an ice cream.

Certainly not the most healthy food out there Tongue Fabada is actually very tasty and a really nice dish, though it is really intended for cold winters and not for summer lol

The previous day I had takeaway pizza, so again not the most healthy there either.

Yesterday I had a Carolina Barbecue Chicken Sandwich(?) from O'Charley's. Later I had leftover spaghetti.

Today I will be having Paella. It's frozen and comes from a bag, so i'm not expecting it be very good. If it is, I'll just have that; if it ain't, i'll probably fry me a couple eggs and have that with baked beans and toast.

Frozen paella from a bag is a crime against humanity and its taste. Whoever invented it should be sent to jail and/or shot

2 days ago I had a "Bocadillo" of pork loin and cheese. Basically like a sandwich except done with "hard bread" (ie a baguette)

Yesterday I had the remaining pork loin, except with french fries instead.
