I fear I have to agree with fhtagn here. There is absolutely no correlation between activity and the amount of land Atlasia annexes or not.
I am also fully against annexing Mexico. There are barely any Mexican posters here in the first place (who would be interested in registering in Mexico) and adding all of Mexico's states would be way too many. And even if we did consolidation of Mexico's states, that would still not be good.
I am not against annexing Canada though, given the fact that Atlas actually does have a sizable Canadian population and the fact that there is pre-reset precedent. If the problem is that the South gets no Canadian territories, I present the following compromise:
Fremont: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the 3 territories Lincoln: Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland & Labrador South: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick
This gives a relatively clean map and also keeps Canada's communities of interest relatively intact. Only problem is Fremont gets 7 new states compared to Lincoln's and the South's 3 new territories but I don't think that is a problem for the same reasons fhtagn points out.
