Assuming the proposed ammendments are the scratched and underlined in yellow parts in the document from the first post, I have no issues with this.

In any case this will go to a referendum anyways right?

Yeah, I also agree with the 2 referendums thing. As for the bill of rights itself, my only concern is with point 3.

Couldn't the "meet voting requirements as established by law" be used to reduce voting rights or eligibilty? (I don't think anyone will actually do it, but I'd rather not have the possibility)
