Spain

Second Rajoy government (14 members)

PP: 12
Independents: 2 (Economics and industry; Foreign Affairs)

9 men (64.3%), 5 women (35.7%)

The women are in:
Deputy Prime Minister
Defense
Employment and Social Security
Agriculture, Farming and Fishing
Healthcare, Social Services and Equality

Congress of deputies (350 members)
212 men (60.6%), 138 women (39.4%)

135 PP (81/54): 60% men; 40% women
84 PSOE (48/36): 57.1% men, 42.9% women
67 Podemos (34/33): 50.7% men, 49.3% women
32 Cs (25/7): 78.1% men; 21.9% women

9 ERC (6/3): 66.7% men; 33.3% women
8 CDC (6/2): 75% men; 25% women
5 PNV (4/1): 80% men; 20% women
2 Bildu (1/1): 50% men; 50% women
1 CC (0/1): 100% women

4 Compromís (3/1): 75% men; 25% women
2 UPN (2/0): 100% men
1 Foro (1/0): 100% men
1 NCa (1/0): 100% men

Interesting that only the tiny Canarian Coalition has a majority female delegation (though with only 1 seat that's not exactly an achievement). Though Podemos is only 1 seat off, which considering they have an odd number of seats it's essencially 50-50.

Presidents of the autonomous communities

14 men (73.7%); 4 women (23.5%); 1 vacant (Catalonia) (5.9%)

The 4 women are the presidents of Andalucía, Balearic Islands, Navarra and Madrid.

Guess I'll update with the new government and add my regional assembly because why not:

Sánchez government (18 members)

7 men (38.9%), 11 women (61.1%)

PSOE: 9
PSC:2
Independents: 7

The men are in charge of:

Prime minister
Foreign affairs
Interior (a more accurate translation might be Homeland security)
Development (a more accurate translation might be Public works)
Agriculture, fisheries and food
Culture and Sport
Science, innovation and universities

The new Spanish government is notorious for the majority female cabinet, to the point where it's close to a 2/3 supermajority!

Parliament of the Canary Islands

CC: 11 men (61.1%); 7 women (38.9%)
PSOE: 6 men (40%); 9 women (60%)
PP: 5 men (41.6%); 7 women (58.3%)
Podemos: 3 men (42.9%); 4 women (57.1%)
NCa: 3 men (60%); 2 women (40%)
ASG: 2 men (66.7%); 1 woman (33.3%)

Overall: 30 men (50%); 30 women (50%)

Interestingly, the nationalist parties are majority men while the non nationalist parties are majority women, even PP! And somehow the parliament is just perfectly balanced.
