Court packing; Obamacare repeal; Dodd Frank Repeal; Large-Scale Tax Reform; The border wall; the Muslim ban - everything would be on the table.
Trump will come into office with low approvals, and the Republican House and Senate won't necessarily go along with him. The Muslim Ban will be dead on arrival due to Saudi pressure/threats, not to mention the fact that it's a blatantly unconstitutional violation of the free exercise clause.
The Court packing thing, even if attempted, sets a terrible precedent, because it basically assures that the Democrats will pack the court the next time they control the Senate and the presidency?
