How exactly is Tim Scott not credible? I'm obviously not a fan of his views, and I'm even less of a fan of how conservatives use him to claim that the Tea Party can't possibly be racist, but he at least holds federal elected office, isn't scandal-tainted, and isn't just a random far-right activist.
