Let's just take a while to think about the absurdity of this post:

Just donated to the Bernie campaign. I realized it's a bit hypocritical for me to act all excited and everything when I haven't been contributing in any way. Obviously it's not a big deal, but it's better than nothing.

Is that legal?

...

I haven't seen anything that would suggest otherwise. Should I be worried?!?

I assume you're not a US citizen. Unless you hold a green card (do you?) you're going to get Bernie sent to jail for campaign finance violations.

Seriously though, can I get in trouble? No, I don't have a green card.
The fact that you feel the need to post this in this thread is absurdity.

Still, you'd think the Sanders fundraising page would include a check-box with something like "Are you a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident?" It's a pain for them if they get donations from ineligible donors and then have to sort things out with the FEC.
