It looks like it actually could have been an entertaining movie if they hadn't decided to make Sarah Palin president of the United States for no reason at all, other than possibly snobbish Euro-style anti-Americanism.
In that case, why does Palin have an extremely exaggerated
Southern accent? She's not from the South, has never lived there, and her Alaska accent is one of her most distinctive features. It would be like if the movie had Dubya as president and had him talking like Donald Trump.
