Anybody hype to see Richard Ojeda fight for this seat? He's a really strong recruit so I think he could win depending on his opponent.

I know I am. Though, it sort of looks like he used the State Senate as a stepping stone.
Meh. He already had an incredible run in the primary in 2014. If a stepping stone is what he needed then that seems ok to me.

He should've endorsed Jenkins. He's definitely the more Trumpian candidate.

Hillary Clinton needs to attack Don Blankenship and say that GOP primary voters would be smarter if they voted for either Jenkins or Morrissey
I feel like that could backfire very quickly. Manchin probably doesn't want Hillary uttering a single word about WV.

It's really not. You are the only person on this site to think Republicans can win this. Even many of the R hacks think this race is out of reach.

unfortunately they aren't trolling, they actually believe this.

Like how you guys actually believed Heidi Heitkamp, Phil Bredesen, and Beto O'Rourke would win?

You do realize, IceSpear, that if Manchin wins, people will go through your post history and have a field day quoting about 100 different posts from you. (I will create the thread for this as soon as the race is called, provided Atlas hasn't crashed)
He already ate crow for being wrong about AL-Senate. You should probably start with that one.

lol, you're all acting as if Manchin is more vulnerable than Heitkamp.

No, I rate ND as safe R and WV as a toss up.
Both of those ratings are really bad. Rating any incumbent losing as a guarantee is generally a bad idea. Maybe Likely R but Safe R reeks of hubris. Also there's no evidence to suggest this race being a toss up besides Trump winning the state by a gazillion.
