I had used this measurement from around early july, I just weighed myself today and I am between 175 and 176. I want to drop another 2-3 pounds and then stabilize, anything less would be too light for my frame. I was like 186ish in the start of the year, and earlier a little over a year back I was creeping on 193. Ignore all the crazy schemes to lose weight that atlas or others say, just stop eating so much lol.

I had used this measurement from around early july, I just weighed myself today and I am between 175 and 176. I want to drop another 2-3 pounds and then stabilize, anything less would be too light for my frame. I was like 186ish in the start of the year, and earlier a little over a year back I was creeping on 193. Ignore all the crazy schemes to lose weight that atlas or others say, just stop eating so much lol.

That didn't work...nor did eating excessively. Nothing I do ever gets me out the 140-something zone....Nothing.

Dear God why would you try to lose weight, 6’1 and 140 something, you could afford to add several dozen pounds. Next step I would try would be eating a lot of whole grains for dinner, preferably near bedtime, and then wake up in the middle of the night and have a lot more. That should work. Also accompany with whole milk.

This. I would recommend trying to get to like 180-something. We should trade weights. I could stand to be down to 145 lol.

I went from 180 to 200 in the first two months.

Oof, dorm life can be tough like that yeah.
