Surely Blackburn/national Republicans realize that they can’t win this race without giving Bredesen the Bayh/Strickland treatment, right? Not a surprise that TN voters (including a lot of so-called moderate “Republicans”) would prefer the good ol' boy over the shrill female any time.

Yeah, this race proves to me that Tennessee hates women to the point they'll vote for a liberal man over one.

He is not a liberal you ninny.

There is little doubt for me that Bredesen is leading now, and if a snap election were held today, he would carry Tn by 2-6 points, but the question remains whether he can hold this lead or not for this fall.
