Helping the homeless in Mana'ea was Thompson's event for May 7th. It was her morning event and she spent the evening watching the Brennanhaven rally on TV from her house as she was unable to make it in time.

Lei Thompson out with campaign managers: Jack Greene (left) and Stephanie Huerta (right).
Schedule:
May 7 Morning: Lei Thompson and her campaign brings donations to Mana’ea in order to help out with the homeless crisis. They give blankets, water, food, and clothes to those in need and found temporary housing for those unable to find shelter. (Campaign stop).

May 7 Night: Lei Thompson stayed home with her boyfriend and watched Anthony Milton’s endorsement rally on tv. (Rest).

May 8 Morning: Lei Thompson sat down for an interview with Mana'ea Post-Gazette, discussing how the Ocean and Sky party differs from the Socialist party and the actions her team took the previous day on trying to end the homeless crisis.

May 8 Evening: Lei Thompson hires two campaign managers: Stephanie Huerta for areas in the southern islands such as Thompson’s home of A’Kapui, and surrounding areas such as Mana’ea, Makalpui, and Marswick, and Jack Greene for the northern islands such as Victoriana, Alberton Kendall Park, Alberton Carlotta, and Morganville East.

May 9: Lei Thompson attended Nellie Hedrock’s funeral, giving a short eulogy:
Ms. Hedrock will go down in history as one of the most important political figures in Lamarna. The work she has done will forever be a landmark for the rights of women and equality between the genders. We as citizens of Lamarna will forever be indebted to her. This loss of such an amazing life hurts, it hurts a lot, but we have to hold our heads high as we watch a new era dawn upon us.

May 10 Morning: Lei Thompson hosted an Ocean and Sky party brunch in Alberton Carlotta, the goal being to aim towards donors for the Democratic Labour party. (Party function).

May 10 Evening: Lei Thompson hosted an Ocean and Sky fundraiser in Alberton Kendall Park.

May 11 Morning: Lei Thompson held a short rally in Morganville West commemorating Prime Minister Mulbridge's career:
As all of you know, Prime Minister Mulbridge is having her retirement party tonight. For the past decade she has guided this country in the fallout of the global economic crash of 2008, and has shown amazing leadership since. Our prime minister’s legacy will stand the test of time for sure. With the funeral of Nellie Hedrock behind us, and the retirement of Jacqueline Mulbridge before us, it is clear that we are at the end of an era. The dawn of a new day is on the horizon, and we have to be prepared for it! We must usher in this new era correctly, continuing on the legacy of the leaders before us and adapting to whatever struggles encounter us.

May 11 Evening: Lei Thompson attended Prime Minister Jacqueline Mulbridge’s retirement party.

May 12 Morning: Lei Thompson goes out for breakfast and walks her dog, Scruffy, in the park. (Rest).

May 12 Evening: Lei Thompson cut her first ad, a television ad, discussing the Ocean and Sky party and driving the idea that the Ocean and Sky Party is a “hand’s on” party for the Lamarnan people:
There is nothing more critical right now than the decisions we make. We cannot make mistakes on the path we want to set Lamarna on. Do we want another four years of no change and powerful elitist? Do we want even higher records of income inequality? Do we want to continue to discriminate against refugees and immigrants? Do we want to continue with our medieval views on same-sex marriage? Do we want to continue to disregard the cries of our climate? I don’t think so, and that’s why the Ocean and Sky party, is the party for you. I’m Lei Rodriguez, and I approve this message.

May 13 Morning: Lei Thompson held a rally in A’Kapui. She used the rally to back up her credentials:
Now I know many people are saying, ‘what is an actress doing leading a political party?’ ‘What does she know, she’s just an actress?’ ‘Oh, that Lei Thompson, she’s just a socialist in disguise.’ Well, I’ve served in parliament for two years as a socialist, and now I’m here leading the Ocean and Sky party. I’m ready to bring us to the next level. The Lamaran people have been left behind for too long. I’ve struggled and I have fought my way from being just a girl from here in A’Kapui to having my career, and I will struggle and fight for you too. We have had enough of the richest of the rich getting richer and everyone else being left behind. It is a time for change, and I am ready to bring that change.

May 13 Evening: Lei Thompson cut an internet ad, aimed towards the northern islands, about how unjust social conservatism is and that Lamarna should be far ahead in such issues as LGBT rights, etc.

“It is disgusting what occurred earlier this week to those young girls. We as a country have to make sure the men who did this are deported properly and are punished justly for their actions. We also need to make sure that this doesn’t happen again, and that all women can feel free to walk around, and not have to worry about being harassed or attacked. Furthermore, we need to make sure that the actions committed by these fee men don’t taint our view of refugees. We cannot discriminate an entire group of people who need help due to the actions of a few black sheep. That kind of discrimination does not belong in Lamarna, and neither does sexual harassment.”

No, is everything okay?

Kamala left the forum yesterday for unspecified personal reasons. On top of all the worry associated with that, it looks like it's game over for us unless we can find some way to keep going without her.

Oh no, I hope she’s okay. Sad
Maybe there’s some way we could find a moderater or all moderate the game in an unbiased fashion?

Ah, well I'm glad that she's alright. I believe that until we find a moderator we should maybe cycle the duty between us?

I am prepared to take up moderator duties then, even if it means giving up my character.

Well you're character isn't a party leader so I don't think it would be necessary for you to forfeit the character? I would be fine with it if you kept the character.
