For Washington state:

In third place, a tie with Wisconsin, New York, and Massachusettes, which have all voted for the same candidate as Washington the past 6 presidential elections.

In second place, with the past 8 elections the same, is Oregon.

And in first place, with 14 elections the same, the last one being different in 1944, is Iowa!
