Not just yes. HELL YES. The extreme inequality of wealth in this country is an even bigger problem that inequality of income. I would wholeheartedly endorse lowering income tax rates to get a wealth tax like this.

Option 2. I also believe that a large part of our current economic woes are related to extreme concentration of wealth in the hands of a few people. How many GM cars do you think Bill Gates is going to buy with his wealth?
