Delaware and maybe Maryland. Not Pennsylvania that much, since Obama was already going to win there.

I definitely think Biden helped in Lackawanna County and even pulled Paul Kanjorski over a fierce Lou Barletta challenge because of the Dem surge there.

I think that was it.  Ridge would have the perfect VP candidate, though Palin had a shot really energizing Central PA.  It was possible, but it didn't happen.

Not enough people live in Central PA. Bush destroyed there in 2004, way overperformed McCain in the SE, and still lost the state.
