Will the GOP ever appeal to Minorities?

Look at Canada. Conservatives just won significant margins in immigrant communities because they are often conservative, but vote for the pro-immigrant parties. Once the GOP stops its anti-immigrant platform they will open up minority votes. Otherwise they will have to hope that minorities become converts to Evangelical Christianity or Mormonism.

That is because Harper is a traitor who supports massive immigration and the NAU. If the GOP becomes more pro-immigration they will only loose working class whites and blacks tend to oppose amnesty as well. This country has to many people and Americans will be a minority by 2050 if we keep up our current immigration policy.

They have their "minorities," most notably evangelicals. If what the question meant was will they ever appeal to black and latinos, all they have to do is change their positions. Unlikely to happen in the short term.
