Brazil will vote Republican before Wayne County. Gore won Shelby County, TN by 15 points.

How will Detroit, the stereotype for decayed, rust-belt, has-been Industrial America vote Republican? I'll buy Macomb and Oakland counties going for the GOP, but not Wayne.
