Context. Under Bush, the GOP completely destroyed the American financial system. They created a Great Depression. Again. And just like last time, the Dems have to clean up the mess. Last time, the Republicans were locked out of government for a very long time afterward. Trying to prevent a repeat of that as well, the Republicans are pulling out all the stops with us v them reglar Amurikan rhetoric, while actively trying to sabetage the country, so Obama can't get any credit for millions of people with health insurance and jobs. They would rather people die by the thousands than lose a few elections. They're completely heinous, bitter people who are infatuted with money and extremely fearful of anybody not exactly like them.
