I'm going to take a wild guess here; you're going to be a cashier at CVS or Walgreens.  Their POS system is a kind of computer, you see.

It would be great if he were applying to be a cashier at a CVS or Walgreens. That's a real job and one he can actually do. Problems arise when he (inevitably) tries to go for a Too Good To Be True scam job. He applied for this new job one day and was interviewed the next. That, by itself, tells us everything we need to know.

If you regret quitting Sprouts, go apply at other groceries. There are many in Tulsa.

Like Boris I still can't comprehend why Bushie would NOT put in a two weeks notice at ONG (which he could've just rescinded and avoided the whole fiasco) but felt it neccesary to put in on HERE.

He was already on thin ice with ONG. Because the Update began right when he left there, it gave the incorrect perception that his life was not already in shambles. To the contrary, he had major attendance issues at ONG and only worked there for about as long as he worked in Utah. When Update began, he was already super obese, had already burned through a scam life insurance job (that he left a good job with Papa at NG to take) a scam vacuum job, and probably other crazy things too. We were all very late to the party and for a very long time gave him a benefit of doubt that he clearly did not deserve.

This guy from my facebook was a heckuva a lot fatter than Bushie at his peak and was delivering pizzas, and now he's lost 100 lbs. I realize it's hard to read the small print, but 278 is his new weight and everybody is very happy he is no longer 378 (He's about 5'10). And he's a really good employee. Bushie's weight is not the problem regarding his unemployment. It is really bad for his health, and I'm sure it makes moving harder, but it isn't like people his size can't work. They definately can.

Bushie, did you go to college immediately after high school? Or did you wait a few years?

Last update post:  I moved into the dorms 9 days after my high school graduation on May 30, 2001 and started summer classes 2 weeks after graduation on June 4, 2001.

You were 19 when you finished high school? Any particular reason you were a year behind?

     It would be fitting. Update has officially crossed the line into grimdark, where Oklahoma is a desolate wasteland of scamming. Nobody gets a happy ending and even innocent little Sprouts is a victim. Update is now Warhammer 40K. It would make sense thematically for it to end at this, its bleakest moment.

Speaking of which, Allison's facial says that she is now engaging in some sort of tupperware pyramid scheme. Is she no longer working at the college?

There are other groceries that employ people! Sprouts may not give him another shot but somebody else likely would. All he has to do is go to a website and fill out an application. It isn't like he's busy doing anything else...

Bushie quit because he grew bored with working. That's all there is to it. Everything else is a bs rationalization.

I don't believe that it now allowable on the Atlas Forum to express interest in a woman or suggest that one is more or less physically attractive than another. RIP PFAdmin.
