BTW Bushie is sort of correct about caffeine. It is a stimulant. But people with ADHD like himself may not feel it as stimulant.

That has nothing to do with headache prevention, however. The fact is caffeine is 100% for all people, a diuretic, which causes dehydration and headaches. That is why he needs to stay away from regular and diet sodas.
Stimulants help with focusing, but they are by no means depressants. Nobody takes caffeine, or adderall, or cocaine, or whatever other stimulants and says, you know, this is just like xanax.

breaking news: 1/2 of an inch of snow is possible in okc.

Now we can RIP job : (

I've actually gotten better driving in the snow since I spent two winters ago in Utah.  A half inch that will be gone by Monday is nothing.  That said, since I do have to drive 32 miles to work one way, my dad has asked me to spot nearby hotels for the heavier snow conditions as we get deeper into Winter.  Even though I'm better at driving, it would make no sense to drive 32 miles on icy roads.  My nerves would be shot and my parents' nerves would be shot...
How did this gem sneak by without any replies?

It does seem that it costs Mama and Papa Bushie quite a lot of money to keep Bushie in jobs between all the hotels, gas money, schools, and phony job scams. It'd be a helluva lot cheaper for them to just accept that Bushie is completely unemployable and give him back the Train Room.

I wikipediaed Bushie migraine drug, and it says that coronary artery disease is a contraindication. There are also several potential cardiovascular side effects listed. I don't claim to have a lot of medical insight, but that seems like a troubling thing to me.

I just can't imagine how someone in apparently so much pain wants to do nothing about it.

Because it's all about doing what's most expedient and facilitates laziness. I actually believe Jeff when he says his headache was so bad this morning that he had to leave work, and if his boss allowed it, so be it.

But rather than try to get himself well in any way, he continues to eat like sh[ink], drink nothing but headache-inducing soda and get literally no exercise. Plus he watches hours and hours of TV, because it's easy.

Successful people don't do "easy" -- therefore, Jeff will never succeed. He doesn't have it in him in any way other than to just talk and "plan." Useless words backed up by years of inaction.

I'm a lot better than I was this morning.  We had chili for supper tonight, nothing out of the ordinary for most Americans.  I only had one bowl.  I did have a coke with it, but the sugary sodas don't give me headaches.  I ruled those out a long time ago through a series of personal tests.  Sugar and caffeine do not affect my headaches.  In fact, for me, the sugar and caffeine actually acts as a pain reliever, not a pain inducer.  Right now, I'm drinking a Diet Dr Pepper.  I'll take this moderate headache any day over the double whopper of a migraine I had this morning. (See what I did there. Tongue )

literally had to check to make sure this wasn't a blubb
I miss blubb's act. It's been years.

Bushie's sister in law likes all 4 posts from me on his fb.  Smart lady.

I wish her husband would be as hard on his brother as she is.  Bushie might respond to a bit of military discipline.

I've long believed that what Bushie needs the most in life is someone to pull down his pants, put him over their knee, and give his butt a good, hard whupping.
Bushie is truly The Bad Seed.

I've had a headache for 12 straight days and I don't want to make it 13.  It feels pretty good right now, so I think sleep - laying still in a cool, dark room - is exactly what I need tonight.
To be, or not to be--that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles
And by opposing end them. To die, to sleep--
No more--and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache, and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to. 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep--
To sleep--perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come

Damn, he can certainly eat a lot of stuff in one sitting.
Yeah, but he has years of practice. Rome wasn't built in a day.

What do the 13 year old's parents do in Oklahoma? It's hard to imagine a job that's cool with somebody leaving for two years.

Are there still written languages in which the Bible is unavailable? I would have thought they'd all be pretty much covered by now? Wikipedia informs me that the population there is about 2/3 Christian and 1/3 Muslim. Are they going to try to convert the Muslims or try to make the Christians into Southern Baptists?

He's missed 3 days and worked 9.  That's a good 6675% attendance rate.  In a body mill that might fly for a while.

History shows that Mary was probably a 14 year old girl.
History doesn't show anything about Mary. That doesn't mean that she couldn't have existed either, but the New Testament isn't any more historical than Le Morte d'Arthur.

What about religion isn't misogynistic? The whole ball of wax is about a small number of men (specifically) controlling a population.

It takes a year and a half to see a dentist? I certainly hope your teeth haven't been bothering you. I see a typical white man dentist and it's only about $100 to get my teeth cleaned and examined every six months. That's about the same price as the walking gear you bought and never used. Seems like a better deal than waiting a year and half, especially for a man you like you who likes throwing money around.

In my church women are total equals in all things including being pastors and leadership. And I would never join a church where this was not the case.
What about the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost? Can they be women also?

I'm home from a productive day at work.  Tonight, instead of watching sports, I am going to watch a couple Christmas movies - The Muppet Christmas Carol and Rudolph.
At least when you were watching porn, that was age appropriate. I think it's the only adult thing you've done in all these years of Update.

Jesus commands us in the Gospels that we cannot enter the kingdom of God except with the heart and mind of a little child.

I did not know this. It explains a lot about the world we live in. Thank you.

We have plenty good reason. Your 'faith' is a vapid husk and it's making your life even worse.

I do try to do everything I can to advance the kingdom of God and be a vessel that He can use for His purposes.
Really? Because you've been telling us that you spend most of your days napping, watching tv, and eating fast food.

what behavior do you consider unacceptable Bushie? Genuinely curious. Other than drugs and murder, of course.

Is Bushie still accepting of the gays, or he is back to believing it's an abomination?

I believe Our Dear Friend has backtracked from his liberalization on the "gay issue".  Sunday-workers, liars, and idol-worshippers still get a pass, though.  It's very difficult to identify those people by just looking at them, you see.  Hate is the most shallow and simple of human emotions, so who to direct it at can not, by definition, be complicated.
Gays can be easily identified by looking at them? Huh

his excessive sleeping is a sign of depression.

I think it has been established that he is depressed. The anger and  crying episodes along with the excessive sleeping means it is pretty obvious. I think he also said at one point he was.
Can you blame him? If you lived with your 134 year old grandmother in Oklahoma, weighed 350 lbs, and couldn't keep a job, even a low paying one, to save your life, you'd probably be depressed and seek out childish pleasures also.
