What would be your last meal?

Definitely not anything fried. I don't want to leave this world feeling greasy. Presumably I'd like something comforting. Matzo ball soup would be a nice start. Made from scratch like my grandmother did and now I do. None of that boxed crap. Firm matzo balls. Fluffy soft ones that fall apart aren't worth a damn. Lots of carrots, onion, and chicken drummies in the broth. Pulled pork would make a nice entrée. Cooked with plenty of dry rub so that there's ample flavor without having to douse it in high fructose corn syrup. Amazing how many restaurants can't figure that one out. Some very hearty bread on the side. I sure as hell don't want tasteless, fluffy white bread with my last meal. Crisp, steamed asparagus on the side. Fresh fruit and cheese plate for dessert. I still wouldn't want to meet my maker, but at least I'd have a quality meal on the way out.

Not on the official menu, but it's likely they are both available nonetheless.
