I will start by saying I have not read the thread. The FTP act is a terrible piece of legislation opposed by R and Ds alike who actually run elections
many people do not realize the actual day to day operations that are involved in elections and this bill causes a lot of problems. Its clearly a show bill that grew outside of what the house realized.
1. its probably not legal, as it is a federal take over of elections
2. parts of it calls for technology that doesnt exist.
