I doubt it, the Civil War Ended in 1865 and the Civil Rights movement didnt start until about the 1950s. I really doubt there were that many 90+ year old people. Although yes, the Civil War and Reconstruction did factor into Jim Crow as the Dixiecrats were desperate to hold on to power. Its unlikely they really needed Jim Crow to win though since they were getting Stalinesque numbers at the polls like 90%+ in the deep south
