One of the co-conspirators is a State Senator. I think that makes him the only current office holder to be indicted in a Trump-related case.

Trump only won his seat by 4 in 2020. Decent chance he loses next year.

If that date held and it's with a 10+ codefendants it could last through the election I imagine. Televised.

They should stick to June and get it done before the election.

The issue is the Classified doc trials will likely be going on then .

That one's probably getting pushed back.

Since May is the current Florida date, it's possible Georgia moves up a few months once that is moved. I think NY is scheduled for late March too.

Expect Cannon to push back the Florida trial incrementally, so as to try and sabotage both it and the GA trial for the benefit Donald's campaign to escape justice via the Presidency.

Then how about Jack Smith get it moved immediately to make room for GA.

From what I hear, immediate review before trial is rare. But it's good news for Trump & the others. The Appeals court could agree to take the case, and after review, they might agree to kick Fani off the case.  At the very least, trial won't be scheduled for a bit until the appeals court either refuses to take the case or rejects the motion

I don’t think she’s going to be kicked off the case if she wasn’t by McAfee. What it does do is delay.
