Isn't Republican John Boehner the biggest Legalization champ in the country. Don't see it really hurting. Probably wont really help either. Most ppl recognize the need uniform laws via federal legislation since so many states are already legalizing. But I think healthcare, etc type issues will be what ppl actually vote on (and actually in a crowded primary the majority of ppl will end up voting for who they simply like the most... not on issues).
