Truth be told, I don't even know if I'd support something like this. It's just funny to see a proposal that goes against BRTD's main obsession.

Luckily as I do not live in PA this will not affect me one iota if it passes or not.

Doesn't mean it doesn't bother you.

Phil, you obviously forget that BRTD is our number one practicer of the "not in my backyard" principle.
