**Please note: each vote in the open primary counts as one delegate, and each vote in the closed primary counts as two delegates.  The winner must have a majority of delegates or the previous nominee of the party will appoint sombody to be the nominee, OTHER THAN HIMSELF.**

April 10-11: Open Primary, all Registered Voters may cast ballots.
April 24-25: Semi-Open Primary, only Democrats and Independents may vote.
May 1-2: Closed Primary, only registered Democrats may vote.

your primeries is ahead of midterm elections? this is absurd
