This is a good start. I think we should also have a serious debate about whether those currently incarcerated should be able to vote — I lean yes.

Do you want prison guards to have 100's of votes they can effectively sell for much, much more than their salary?  Because that is what would happen in many prisons.  The problem is the states that don't automatically give back voting rights after the sentence is over.
This is a bad faith argument because it means seniors in homes shouldn’t vote either.
