It’s good that they’re going after this company, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to frame this as an environmental disaster rather than a public health emergency.

Isn’t that what every environmental disaster is?
What happens to trees and deer doesn’t have the direct impact on human lives that toxins being emitted into the air does. Indirect sure.
