Scenario: there's a revolution which overthrows Trump and dissolves the Congress and the Supreme Court. The transitional council decides to cancel the 1787 Constitution and organize a national convention to write a new constitution for a second republic.
The new constitution establishes a parliamentary republic, with a prime minister holding the power, all secretaries are parliament members. There's a president, with only a representative role. There's only an house of representatives, the senate is abolished. Also, the GOP and Democratic Party are dissolved. Many parties are in the house.

How plausible this scenario will be ?
