A Republican region that doesn't like the GOPe is the mirror image of California's heavily Democratic Emerald Coast with liberal ideologues. What Republican counties have such conservative ideologues?

Shelley Moore-Capito is an establishment Republican. I meant places that are so rigidly reactionary that the people hate establishment Republicans. Like Kootenai County, Idaho.
