What states have a fair amount of Republicans who are business conservatives, as opposed to right wing populists? In California, the Los Angeles area has some. Many of the few Bay Area Republicans are business conservatives. I would imagine New York is another state like this. Any other states like this?

Every state has a “fair amount” of “business conservatives” because business conservatives are a fair amount of the GOP
House districts like CA-39, CA-45, and CA-48 have many. Those three districts voted for Dianne Feinstein, but not Gavin Newsom.

Why does that exactly mean they’re full of “business conservatives”?
Pro-business white collar types who vote based on economic issues.
