Jan. 4, 2021, during a campaign rally in Dalton, GA, campaigning for Senators Perdue and Loeffler -- "But there's no way we could have won every single state, and for Fox [News Channel], not one state. [Pointing to the ground, hence, Georgia] This is one of many. We win every state, and they're going to have this guy be president? And he can't speak, can't talk."
Trump can talk, but he doesn't talk coherently, and sometimes fails to complete his sentences.
