The only thing that repeal of the 19th would mean is that it woud be up to each state to choose whether to ban women, or men, from voting. It would no longer a federal rule that women have an equal right to vote. Can anyone here say that there is a state that would disenfranchise women, or men, if the state could? Unlike the 15th, there has been no need to provide vigorous enforcement of the 19th. Why do you suppose that is?
