What do you think the central campaign theme for 2018 will be? Personally, I think we need to make villains out of both Ryan and McConnell, as well as Donald Trump. We ought to take a page out of the Republicans' playbook: print up a zillion "Fire Paul Ryan" bumper stickers and have a big Fire Paul Ryan bus tour of campaign stops all across the country, just like Republicans did about Nancy Pelosi in 2010. If we're going to win, we're going to have to fight dirty.
