Bump from a while ago, I know, but this post got me curious.

Why such the low ranking for Scalia on crim pro?  Law school was a long time ago for me, so the details are fuzzier than they used to be, but I found Scalia to be rather good on the 4th, perhaps one of the areas where I would find him to be most on point (certainly more so than his schizo approach to the commerce clause).
