Why does the entire world rely on America? Since we're just evil and cold hearted monsters. Why not stay in your own country and better it??? I am serious.

It's good for other countries to rely on us in the context of soft power - using international relations to achieve diplomacy, promote global leadership, promote economic development, etc.
